2.Letter from Prl. Chief Conservator of Forests., in Ref. No.9083/93/Joint Forest Management dt : 11-6-1993

 

ORDER:-                              

                        In the G.O. first read above, the State Government have issued orders regarding constitution of Vana Samrakshana Samithis for protection and development of degraded forest land in the State. In the Letter 2^nd read above, Prl. Chief Conservator of Forests has proposed certain changes in G.O. first read above.

 

2.After careful consideration, the Government in suppression of Annexure to the G.O. first read above, hereby approves the revised Annexure – I & II dealing with the construction of Vana Samrakshana Samithis, Constitution of Managing Committee, functions and responsibilities of  Forest Department and responsibilities of Forest Department and sharing of usufructory rights and Mamoramdum of Understanding to be signed between the various parties.

 

3.This order issued with the concurrence of Finance & Planning (Expr. EFES&T) Department, vide their U.O.No.35014-a/703/Expr.EFES&T/93, dt.7-10-93.
